All meals are vegetarian and prepared from fresh ingredients, including home-grown produce from our kitchen garden when possible. 

We aim to cater for most special dietary requirements when booked in advance. 

Seated Dining can be provided for groups of up to 35. 

Buffet Dining can be provided for special celebrations on a non-residential basis for up to 60.

Breakfasts include a range of cereals, breads and pastries, fresh fruit, fruit juices and hot drinks. Breakfast is normally served as buffet in the dining room.

Lunches will vary according to the seasons, with for example hot soups & fresh bread rolls/ sandwiches in the colder months and quiche and salads in summer time

Suppers will again vary according to the seasons, with for example vegetable stews and home-baked desserts in the colder months and lighter vegetable dishes & salads and fresh seasonal fruit desserts in summer time

Morning and Afternoon Refreshments: A selection of black and herbal teas, fresh-coffee, fruit juice, fresh fruit, biscuits and the occasional home-bake cakes.
