Covid-19 update September 2020
After a long period of uncertainty, The Abbey is very happy to welcome guests once more.
Wishing to support our guests during these challenging times, The Abbey is offering reduced rates on hiring our facilities until the end of 2020, only £90 per person per night, full-board for exclusive use of The Abbey, click here to find out more.
We are also offering extended Rest and Renewal retreats for individuals and groups of up to 6 people. Click here for more details.
We welcome all enquiries and are accepting future bookings on a provisional basis.
If your group is unable to attend due to Covid-19 restrictions or if we are obliged to cancel a booking – whether now or at a future date – your deposit will be fully refundable. However, we’d hope that you will want to reschedule rather than cancel your booking. If you would like to discuss options (for example, booking in for later in 2020 or a date in 2021) please contact us via email. If you do re-schedule, we will transfer your deposit to your future booking.
Our Terms and Conditions state that if a client cancels, deposits are not refundable. However, in these exceptional circumstances, where rescheduling isn’t a viable alternative, we may decide to return your deposit.
We recognise that this is a difficult time for everyone. We would like to be as supportive of your plans as circumstances allow. Please contact us with any enquiries and/or to re-schedule your booking via email.
In the meantime, let us all hope that we all keep as safe and healthy as possible.
