The focus for the retreat will be breath, immune and respiratory systems to help with the change of seasons and focus inward ahead of the holidays.
There will be 2 daily yoga practices, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. We will practice mediation, pranayama, asanas and yoga nidra.
The level will be suitable for beginner and intermediate yogis.
The food will be provided by the Abbey, they make delicious vegetarian meals mainly sourced from local produce.
There will be free time in between the yoga session, and a number of chill out activities are available: explore the outdoors/hiking trails, read by the fire, chat to other people on the retreat.
The Abbey is a lovely Grade 1 listed medieval building with 20th century Guest House, nestled in four acres of gardens and woodland. It is about 1 hour journey by train from Paddington station.
